Man, this job is amazing!!.. the cover (I think it is the cover) has a great color mood!!..
Hey Brian,
thanks so much for your comment on my blog. It means a lot coming from you. Your work, as always, is phenomenal. It's amazing to see you continuing to get better, even though your work was already stellar. I've heard you've been very successful freelancing out in NY, though I don't know any of the details. How is life?
It looks great Bryan! I'm excited to see the finished book.
so when you say you're going to do some 'fine art' stuff, what does that entail, exactly? I'm exited to see it. When illustrators do fine art stuff it always knocks the socks off 'fine artists' doing fine art ;) maybe that's a biased opinion.
I think by "fine art stuff" I mean doing whatever interests me and not letting people's decision of whether they like it enough to buy it or not be the reason for doing it. I've been doing commercially driven work for a long time now and though it has taught me a lot, I need a break for a bit. So, we'll see what all this means when we get there!
These are stunning! I work for a book publishing company in Salt Lake City and would love to use you for some projects. If you are interested please email me at aorton@leatherwoodpress.com.
Thanks
Amy Orton
